Terms of Use

Effective date: October 7, 2026

Agreement to these terms

By using TailgateBeads.com (tailgatebeads.com), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is

TailgateBeads.com is an information site in the PromotionBeads.com family. It describes product ideas and links to two other websites: the BeadGuyPromos.com catalog, where products can be browsed, and PromotionBeads.com, where quotes are requested and orders are placed. This site does not sell products, publish prices or accept payment.

Orders, prices and availability

Every quote, order, price, proof, production time and delivery is handled by PromotionBeads.com under its own terms. Catalog search results come from the BeadGuyPromos.com catalog and change over time, so an item shown here may be updated or discontinued there. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a promise of availability.

Product names, images and trademarks

Product titles and sample images come from the BeadGuyPromos.com catalog and belong to their respective owners. Team names, logos and other marks appear only where a catalog item names them, and they belong to their owners. Mentioning a sport, an event or a product type does not mean any league, team or organization sponsors or endorses this site.

Acceptable use

Please do not try to disrupt the site, scrape it at a harmful rate, probe it for weaknesses, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.

No warranty

This site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate, but we do not guarantee that every description, link or catalog result is complete, current or error free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site operator is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or of the websites it links to.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Questions can be sent through the PromotionBeads.com contact page.
